1. Accepting these terms
ScreenWisp is operated by JeuFirst Software (제우퍼스트 소프트웨어), a sole proprietorship in the Republic of Korea. By using the ScreenWisp website or Studio, you acknowledge these terms and the Privacy Policy. Stop using the service if you do not agree.

2. What the service provides
- Online screensaver discovery and fullscreen previews
- A browser-based Studio for images, GIFs, video, text, clocks, backgrounds, motion, and looping audio
- Browser-local project storage, user-selected folder storage in supported browsers, and .ambientpack backup and restore
- Display helpers such as aspect ratios, fullscreen, and Screen Wake Lock
3. Local data and backups
Projects and personal media are stored in your browser or a device folder you authorize rather than a server account. Browser cleanup, folder-file deletion, private-mode closure, device changes, and device failure can remove that data.
Selected-folder storage depends on browser support and your read/write permission. ScreenWisp cannot guarantee permanent folder contents or the outcome of third-party sync tools. Keep separate .ambientpack backups of important projects.
4. Prohibited use
- Compromising the service or another person’s security
- Distributing malware, sending excessive automated requests, bypassing controls, or exploiting vulnerabilities
- Using content that infringes copyright, publicity, trademark, privacy, or other rights
- Using the service for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable law
5. Content and intellectual property
You or the original rights holder keep the rights to images, GIFs, video, audio, and words you add in Studio. You are responsible for having permission to use them.
Unless stated otherwise, the ScreenWisp name, interface, code, built-in themes, and documentation belong to the operator or their lawful owners. Access to the service does not grant a right to resell or redistribute them.
6. Changes, availability, and external features
Features may change or stop in response to security, performance, legal, or browser-policy requirements. Material changes will be announced where reasonably possible.
Fullscreen, Wake Lock, and storage capacity depend on your browser and operating system. External links and browser features remain subject to their providers’ terms.
7. Warranty and responsibility
The service is provided as available and does not promise uninterrupted operation on every device or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing here excludes liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
The operator will use reasonable security and recovery practices. Responsibility for local data management, unauthorized content, or device configuration is assessed according to fault and applicable law.
8. Law, disputes, and contact
Unless mandatory law or a separate agreement says otherwise, these terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea. The parties should first try to resolve disagreements through good-faith discussion.
