Privacy Policy

1. At a glance

• No account is required.
• Images, GIFs, video, audio, and projects added to ScreenWisp Studio are processed in browser storage or a device folder you explicitly allow, and are not uploaded to ScreenWisp servers.
• Minimum web request data may be processed by Cloudflare to deliver and secure the ScreenWisp website.
• The ScreenWisp website may serve ads using Google AdSense. Ads may not appear depending on approval and configuration status, the visitor’s region and consent choice, and ad availability.

2. ScreenWisp Studio: data stored on your device

Project names, scene settings, text, images, GIFs, video, audio, thumbnails, and preferences are stored in IndexedDB or other browser storage by default. In supported Edge and Chrome versions, choosing folder storage writes a project folder containing manifest.json, project.json, preview.webp, and assets to a location you approve. The browser may remember the selected folder handle to help reconnect, but browser security can require permission again after a return visit. The public gallery may also remember up to six recently run theme IDs in local storage.

ScreenWisp cannot access this local data from its servers. Browser projects can be removed by deleting a project or clearing site data. Folder projects are managed by you in Studio or your device file manager, and disconnecting the folder does not automatically delete its files.

3. ScreenWisp website: request and support data

Minimum request information such as IP address, request time and path, browser or device type, and security events may be processed by the hosting and security provider to deliver pages, diagnose failures, and block abuse. ScreenWisp does not build a separate behavioral profile or personal-media server.

If you email support, your address, subject, message, and anything you voluntarily attach are processed to answer and follow up on the request. Do not send passwords, payment data, original personal media, or .ambientpack backups.

4. Purpose and retention

• Web request data: the ScreenWisp operator does not keep a separate behavioral-log or customer database containing access data. Minimum request information needed for page delivery, security, and incident response may be processed under Cloudflare service settings and policies.
• Support messages: email and attachments are deleted one year after the final response. If you request earlier deletion, information no longer needed for follow-up is deleted without undue delay.
• Studio local projects: there is no operator-server retention period. You manage and delete these projects in the browser or selected folder.
• Advertising data: the ScreenWisp operator does not separately retain raw advertising identifiers or individual advertising profiles. When AdSense serves ads, Google and participating vendors may process data under their policies for delivery, frequency control, measurement, fraud prevention, and personalized advertising within the scope of your choice or consent.

5. Service providers and international processing

ScreenWisp uses Cloudflare, Inc. Workers, static asset delivery, CDN, and DDoS protection. Request data may travel through Cloudflare’s global network, but Studio projects and personal media are not uploaded to Cloudflare storage.

Google LLC and third-party ad technology providers selected in the AdSense configuration may process information for ad delivery and measurement. The active vendors, processing locations, transfer arrangements, and retention terms will be available through the consent flow, AdSense settings, and each provider’s policy.

6. ScreenWisp website: Google AdSense and advertising cookies

The ScreenWisp website may serve ads using Google AdSense. Ads may not appear depending on AdSense approval and configuration status, the visitor’s region and consent choice, and ad availability. Third-party vendors including Google may use cookies or similar local-storage technologies to serve ads based on a visitor’s prior visits to ScreenWisp or other websites.

Google and its partners may process IP address, browser and device information, approximate location, page and ad interactions, and advertising identifiers for ad delivery, frequency capping, measurement, invalid-click prevention, and personalized advertising where permitted. Studio local projects and media you add are not uploaded to advertising providers or used for ad personalization.

• Use Google Ads Settings to manage or opt out of personalized ads.
• Use browser settings to block or delete advertising cookies. Contextual or limited ads may still appear.
• If ad vendors other than Google are used, their identity and opt-out choices will be added to the consent flow or this policy.

7. Cookies, browser storage, and consent choices

ScreenWisp itself does not use account login cookies. It uses local storage and IndexedDB for recent themes, UI language and size, editing preferences, project recovery, and remembering a folder handle you selected. Folder files are accessed only after you grant permission through the browser.

Before serving AdSense ads in the EEA, UK, Switzerland, and other regions where consent is required, a Google-certified CMP will be configured. Advertising tags will not access device information before the required consent. Users must be able to refuse or later change their choice. Applicable US-state privacy choices will also be provided.

8. Your choices and rights

• View or remove cookies and site data for the ScreenWisp website and Studio address currently in use.
• Delete individual Studio projects, export backups, or disconnect a selected folder.
• View, copy, or delete selected-folder project files with your device file manager.
• Manage ad personalization and data choices through Google Ads Settings and the regional consent interface.
• Request access, correction, deletion, or restriction for personal data you sent through support.
• Local projects the operator never received cannot be remotely recovered or deleted.

9. Security and children

The service reduces collection by avoiding accounts and server-side media uploads. Production safeguards include HTTPS, least privilege, security headers, dependency review, and access restrictions.

ScreenWisp is a general PC tool and does not intentionally collect personal data from children under 14. Any future account or additional collection feature would require a separate age and parental-consent design.

10. Operator and privacy contact

The data controller and service operator for ScreenWisp is JeuFirst Software (제우퍼스트 소프트웨어), a sole proprietorship in the Republic of Korea.

The ScreenWisp Privacy Contact handles privacy questions and complaints. Requests for access, correction, deletion, or restriction are accepted at support@screenwisp.com. No public telephone support is operated; all requests are recorded and handled through this mailbox.

11. Policy changes

Changes to processed data, retention periods, advertising features, or service providers will be posted here before they take effect. Material changes will receive a more prominent notice.
